Spotify Control Panel
A VS Code extension for controlling Spotify without leaving the editor. Play/pause, skip tracks, toggle shuffle and repeat, adjust volume, and see what's currently playing — all from the status bar and a handful of keybindings.
Sign-in uses a one-click managed authentication flow, so you don't need to register your own Spotify Developer app first. Requires Spotify Premium, since Spotify's API doesn't allow programmatic playback control on free accounts.
