I'm Ali. I've spent years being the person friends and family call when something on their computer stops working — usually around 9pm. I started writing these down so the same explanation could help more than one person.
A collection of short tutorials for the computer problems that come up in everyday life — email, printers, passwords, photos, video calls. Everything is free and public, and nothing asks you to make an account.
